We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Our goal for your initial examination is to ensure you have a pleasant experience and that you are thoroughly informed about the orthodontic experience in its entirety. You can expect the following at your initial exam:
- A comprehensive examination by either Dr. Bohl or Dr. Race.
- An extensive review and discussion of the clinical diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.
- An estimated treatment time and cost of treatment.
Generally, your exam will last approximately 60 minutes, but we will take all the time necessary to ensure all your questions and concerns have been addressed.
We will be able to determine one of the following outcomes during your first visit:
- Treatment is not necessary and there is no need for further visits.
- Treatment will be necessary in the future, and we will create a growth and development recall program specifically for you.
- Treatment is needed now and we will schedule the necessary follow-up appointments to begin care.
We understand that orthodontic care is not only a personal investment, but a financial investment as well. Therefore, it is understandable that many of the questions we receive are in reference to our fees and financial options. For your convenience, our practice offers flexible payment options that will be explained thoroughly by our treatment coordinator.
Pay in Full Option
As a courtesy to those who pay in full at the beginning of treatment, a bookkeeping discount is extended.
